Creative industry scientific programme (CRISP)

The work I am perhaps most proud of was in CRISP.

As a Knowledge Transfer Officer I was managing collaboration on relevant content, created an online environment and organized two-yearly events for sharing knowledge and creating a design research community with over 60 partners (including research institutions, multinationals, governments, design agencies and healthcare institutions) and 500 people about Product Service Systems (PSS). Managing co-creation of knowledge, innovations and mind-set to tackle eight societal challenges with all stakeholders.

Active Cues with their ‘Tovertafel’, social robots Tessa and Alice; they were all born in CRISP. The biggest succes althought was human capital; the mind-set shift of researchers, managers, designers, care professionals etc. to succesfully co-create with all stakeholders and collaborate in networks.

Within this programma I was also editor-in-chief of CRISP Magazine; editing and writing articles on specific themes within PSS design and innovation. Overall themes in the final magazine/book were: designing relationships, orchestration, embracing complexity and strategic value. Besides being project manager of all content I was dedicated to the content of the orchestration theme.
